The judges do not create laws. Congress is the only one that can write laws and you know it.

The supreme court judges DO create laws! They are not supposed to but they do! New law was created to make Obamacare fit the constitution. How do you not see this? They negated all of the state constitutions that had banned gay marriage. Gay marriage is now the law of the land. There are other examples.
