C. Steven Tucker, a nationally-recognized healthcare policy expert and a delegate to the Republican convention for Ted Cruz, has come out publicly that he is abandoning Cruz because of his inability to tell the truth. 'I have bit my tongue long enough. As a delegate for Senator Ted Cruz I have been placed into a difficult and increasingly uncomfortable position and now I have had enough.' ..............
Mr. Tucker, it’s not Cruz who’s lying to you, it’s the people who are telling you that.
911 dispatch reports firetrucks enroute to Ted Cruz’s pants...
Not
C. Steven Tucker quit? In disgust?
Well that’s it then. That should convince EVERYONE!
/snark
I know on Twitter, this man praises both Trump and Cruz
Wow!
Seems like he, like Jeb, thinks the Presidency is his right to rise. For Jeb it is legacy...for Cruz it is religion (i.e. his father's indoctrination).
The end justifies the means.
Just saying.
Can’t spin this....not good.
JAAW
More people wake up everyday. It is a beautiful thing.
If Tucker is from Illinois which hasn’t held its primary yet, how can he be a delegate for Cruz? The GOP doesn’t have super-delegates as far as I know. What am I missing?
I wonder what his Free Republic screen name is.
The GOP does have super-delegates they just aren’t called super-delegates.
Maybe thats a lie but I did hear Trump say he would 'take care of everyone and the government will pay for it'.
In those exact words.
It would have been far better if he said he was abandoning Cruz because of the messiah complex that permeates his campaign. Yesterday Glenn Beck was near tears saying that Cruz was sent from God to guide us through the Rapture, Heidi says that Ted will “show us the face of God,” and his father says Ted is “the anointed one.” Cruz himself must believe that or he’d tell them to stop saying that stuff.
This is too Jim Jonesish for me, and Cruz used to be my #2 candidate. All this sounds more like he should be building a compound some place, and stocking up on Kool-Aid to give to his followers just in case he loses the nomination.
A commercial with all 3 of Rafael’s accusers, Trump, Rubio and Carson stating Cruz lies would be A Cruz Killer.
Never has everyone who ran against a guy made exactly the same allegation, It would be awesome if all 3 men, came together to put the nose on Pinocchio.
This would be all the media would talk about, it would be historic.
Peenokeeoooooo
He’s as bad as Hillary when it comes to this sense of entitlement, having been told all his life he’s destined for greatness.
Maybe he is, but how about serving a full term to the office he was elected to before thinking he’s ready for the highest office in the nation? What an ego!
