Trump did start this by saying Cruz’s position was “precarious.” And he’s right! Cruz needs to settle this question right away.

Gonna sue, not going to, going to sue, not going to.
Wish he would go ahead instead of the threat.
He may wake in the morning on the other side and not sue?

Trump doesn’t care about the country. He cares about himself.

LIE = Nowhere did Trump say he was going to run as a third party candidate.
Truth - Trump signed a pledge, but the GOPe and others have spent huge amounts on attack ads filled with half truth and lies.
Question- If Trump wins will the GOPe support him?

The biggest problem, imho, people have with Trump is that he is revealing that the game is totally rigged.

.... Wonder what would happen if Mr. Trump decided to go the route of a so called Third Party Run? Obviously he would be putting the country first at that point ... right?

What is this poor little narcissist going to do when he has to deal with a truly adversarial press??? Yeah, what is he going to do when NBC unloads that British expose they are keeping locked up until the right moment?
If he goes third party they will be obliged to run it.

It is all in his book Art of the Deal. He is always probing to see what kind of concessions he can get. Given the Republican Party’s prior negotiating record he probably is going to get something. He may even cow Cruz into toning it down, but if he perceives that a lawsuit will help his political campaign he will file, if he thinks it will hurt he may not. He may be right however... if the Democrats file it could be far more dangerous. It is probably better to face this on our own terms rather than have the Democrats time it for maximum damage.

I think Trump is, once again, trying to change the subject. This time from his forced errors in the last debate.
Spouting Code Pink and touting PP would, and should, do most candidates in.
