Which can be overridden by authorities if they feel it is necessary. But it all seems pretty plain and obvious. There would be a certain irony in the state of Texas and Scalia’s family getting into a legal battle over an autopsy, but outside the sideshow aspect it would probably be wasted effort. It’s a pretty obvious case of fat old people die sometimes.
