You neee to get that checked, FRiend. Sounds like sleep apnea.
I had it checked, 10 years ago with a sleep study. Supposedly not sleep apnea, but similar - partial obstruction.
Don’t have the trouble that often anymore, but it’s not a pleasant feeling.
