Yes it is the same. Their job is to respond to known facts, not paranoid fantasies. And the known facts are normal death for an overweight 79 year old man. If “people of means” wanted him out of the way he’d have been out of the way a long long time ago.

This judge can claim she had no clue that the way Scalia’s body was found contraindicates heart attack. The most likely cause of death is poisoning. See http://healthjournalism.org/blog/2011/07/reporter-explores-dying-peacefully-in-his-sleep/ to see why this was almost certainly cardiac arrhythmia, and Scalia lacked the causes for cardiac arrhythmia unless he was poisoned.
