Clinton has superdelegate edge in Nevada and South Carolina

Hillary Clinton has already locked up half the Democratic superdelegates in Nevada and South Carolina before the first votes are cast in either state.

The former secretary of State has won public support from half of South Carolina's six superdelegates and three of Nevada's eight superdelegates. Bernie Sanders has secured only one, a Democratic national committeewoman from Nevada.

The role of superdelegates in the Democratic primary process is coming under new scrutiny after the early voting contests of Iowa and New Hampshire.

The superdelegates are made up of Democratic lawmakers and party leaders who can cast a vote for the party's nominee during the Democratic National Convention. They have the freedom to back whoever they want, and are not bound by the results in their states.

While Sanders leads Clinton in pledged delegates, Clinton has an overwhelming lead among the superdelegates; more than 360 party leaders have backed her so far, while less than a dozen have backed Sanders.

It sounds like they are not worried about an indictment.

Its somewhat doubtful that the corrupt Clinton and her candidacy will survive to the Democratic convention. However if her nomination depends on the votes of “super delegates” and defies the actual popular vote of the primaries, even Bernie Sanders will throw a hissy fit and his people may stage a walkout. Would be great to see.

These super delegates are committed....except they are truly not and can switch at any time.

There are going to be riots on the Dem side when they figure out it’s a rigged system and their primary votes mean nothing.

TRANSLATION - The FIX is, and always has been, IN, and if you don't go along with the charade, then you have a very good chance of becoming a name on the Clinton Crime Syndicate's "LIST", so shut up and go along.

in today’s RCP average, Cruz is slightly ahead of Clinton, Rubio has a decent lead, and Trump trails. Trump trails Clinton by a little more than Rubio leads.

I know some people who enthusiastic Bernie Sanders supporters. I keep telling them they are wasting their time because their beloved DNC has already rigged the nominating process, and the Democrat primaries are just a show to allow Hillary to say that she had to fight for the nomination. They don’t like it, but there’s nothing they can say to refute me.

My brother in law is all in for Bernie. When Hillary’s bus runs over Bernie I’ll be smirking. Doubt that I can convert him over to the Trump side but I’ll try.

Please start using “DEMOCRAT” not “democratIC” Party. It is a big difference....and it drives them crazy.

The Bernie supporters I know will never vote Republican. By pointing out what their own party is doing to them, my hope is they'll be so disgusted they'll stay home in November.

EDGE!!! The witch has been locking up the lobbyist/Fat Cat/foreign donor money and the Big Government leeches, such as Soros, ever since she lost in 2008. There is nothing democratic about this Democrat race, as the poor little wooly-headed university Socialists will soon learn.

Outraged by that disconnect - which is fueled by Clinton’s huge advantage with Democratic superdelegates, who are not bound by voting results - Sanders supporters are fighting back.

Pro-Sanders threads on Reddit have been burning up with calls for action, with some supporters even reaching out to superdelegates (who are typically Democratic governors, members of Congress, and top state and national party leaders) to lobby them on the Vermont senator’s behalf. Progressive groups are also taking a stand: There are currently two petition campaigns designed to urge superdelegates to reflect the popular vote, rather than the sentiment of party elites.

In one of them, MoveOn.org activists are targeting undecided and committed Hillary Clinton superdelegates with a clear message: wait until all the votes are counted before throwing support behind a candidate.

The effort, which will begin this week after MoveOn.org polls its supporters to pick which superdelegates to petition first, comes amid growing criticism from Sanders supporters who complain that the game is rigged in the former secretary of state’s favor.

Moveon.org against the Hillary machine. Sounds good to me.

The DNC might be corrupt but they’re NOT stupid.

Bernie will receive the gift of just enough super delegates to trick his young followers into thinking he had a chance. (That keeps the young on the liberal plantation)

Bernie NEVER had a chance. Democrat elites created the superdelegate system so DEM ELITES WOULD HAVE CONTROL OVER WHO WAS ELECTED.

THE DEM PRIMARY IS A FARCE. THE FIX WAS IN BEFORE THE FIRST BALLOT WAS MARKED.
