McConnell doesn’t want to end up like Scalia
It appears cardiac related..”natural causes”.
I would hope they perform an autopsy.. especially in a day and age when so much is at stake and so few are ever held accountable for political crimes against the people.

Obama may force their hands, then we’ll see how much spine they have.
Even Senator McConnell wouldn’t dare let the Senate go into recess now...
Yes and only appoint them in their 20’s.
U.S. Supreme Court Justice Scalia died of heart attack: report
https://news.yahoo.com/u-supreme-court-justice-scalia-died-heart-attack-185350539.html
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia died of a heart attack, a Texas television station reported on Sunday, citing a Texas judge.
The Texas death certificate will list myocardial infarction - a heart attack - as the official cause of death, Presidio County Judge Cinderela Guevara told WFAA-TV.
FDR “Tried It On”(as The Brits would say)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don’t think he can bypass Senate confirmation but he’ll certainly consider it. The only thing standing between him and confirmation of an ultra-liberal whack job is the Republican controlled Senate, which means we are doomed.
So it failed once 75 years ago. It succeeded several times 150 years ago around the time of Lincoln and Andrew Johnson.
Valerie Jarrett Unleashes Media Attack Upon Supreme Court Justice Scalia
http://dcwhispers.com/valerie-jarrett-unleashes-media-attack-upon-supreme-court-justice-scalia/
It has long been known, though rarely spoken of publicly, that Valerie Jarrett, Senior White House adviser to Barack Obama and perhaps the single most influential figure in Washington D.C. deems the Supreme Court as the key to solidifying her version of America for generations to come.
Maybe that is why she has allegedly set her sights on damaging perhaps the most conservative member of that court, Justice Antonin Scalia.
Without post mortem enzymes— (they had better have taken a blood sample pronto— to determine) one can’t say a coronary attack, or even stroke.
But the cigs didnt’ help— especially if he had a hell of a meal the night before... to loosen a suspect coronary lesion to lead to an MI.
Of the first four Chief Justices, John Jay, Oliver Ellsworth, John Marshall, and Roger Taney, only Ellsworth died young (about 62). Just looking at their years of birth and death and not their actual birthdays, it appears Jay lived to 84, Marshall to 80, and Taney to 87.
(I'm ignoring John Rutledge, named as Jay's successor, whose nomination was rejected by the Senate.)
Just checked on John Marshall—he was 79 when he died, 83 days before his 80th birthday. Scalia was 26 days shy of 80 when he died.
Thanks for the list, at least some of them will be constrained from helping Obama by their own self-preservation instincts.
