No he didn't. But he sure fooled you. Ole boots 'n belly Cruz gave the republican leadership the only important votes that mattered: cloture on TPA and Corker. Everything else was to fool the flock.

So you think Cruz can win the General? You have got to be out of your mind if you think that. I see no evidence of this at all. Trump can get many different groups out there to vote for him. People are angry. Cruz is a reason that American voters are angry....he is in Congress which everyone hates. Cruz honestly doesn’t have enough to prove he can govern. I know he was won some cases in the Supreme Court, but the Supreme Court is split 4-4 with Kennedy as a fifth vote so he had to convince Kennedy. I mean I wouldn’t say that is extremely hard. He filibustered a bunch of bills that passed anyway. Ok he joined a few Senators to stop the amnesty bills but it would have stopped without him anyway. I just don’t see anything he has done that resulted in the bill being passed. Maybe you can convince me. I don’t know.
