Law is law. Once they abuse it to investigate Moslems, who else will the abuse it against?
Here in the US we have selective enforcement of the law. Illegals can commit crimes and get slapped on the wrist, while the same crime will send a citizen to jail or cost him a fortune.
Likewise, any law against Islam will, sooner rather than later, be used against Christians.
Follow legal procedure. Get the search warrant. Serve the warrant, arrest the Imams and their staff when they break the law. (And shoot them if resist arrest...)
