It would not be new to say: "Israelis engage in racist practices against Palestinians (or Arabs in general)". However, what many do not know is that Israeli racism targets every resident within its borders, even Jews; the racial and ethnic makeup, and the discrimination between the two (show even through laws which were enacted to protect the people) became constitutional in Israel. This is proven by the latest incident trending among the social media, because the incident is considered as Israeli supremacy in essence, and a new low, falling to the level of discrimination.
Initially, the news spread on Facebook after a female Israeli political activist posted a picture on her wall of an announcement distributed in houses in regions north of Tel Aviv, from a company presenting housecleaning services; this announcement prices services according to the ethnic backgrounds of the workers in that company.
The announcement begins with a group of questions about whether the resident of the area was fed up with shoddy service, the use of illegal foreign migrant workers, fear of being questioned by police and especially of being punished, or if they were suspicious of the honesty of Arab workers they did not know; it then presented an appropriate solution for legal services and legal workers. These workers are classified according to race, with the lowest wage being accorded to Africans with an hourly wage of 49 shekels, Eastern Europeans next at 52 shekels, and the prime wage given to Eastern Europeans that had Israeli citizenship at 69 shekels per hour.
In addition, the announcement indicated that these workers are females only, for the Hebrew language, like the Arabic language, distinguishes between masculine and feminine tenses; the female workers in the announcement are touted as "always the best". The picture inside the announcement depicts a white woman (of course!) engaging in cleaning with discernible enthusiasm.

Tenses are the time of the verb: past, present, future.
It’s generally the masculine/feminine gender.
