They're there to see Milo Yiannopoulos, who not only supports Trump but essentially says that Trump is Yiannopoulos writ large (Milo's claim that, "Like me, Donald Trump draws attention to himself through lavish spending, arresting blonde hair and sheer force of personality," being my personal favorite).
