The obvious message in that strikes an ominous blow to Obama’s climate agenda. It also undermines confidence in December’s landmark Paris climate agreement.

The SCOTUS acted appropriately. The President has no authority to create and sign treaties with foreign powers. That is the responsibility of the Senate. Anyway how come California hates Kentucky coal miners and people who don't live on the west coastal areas and need air conditioning and heat.

The clueless Sacramento Bee completely misses the point. The issue is that the EPA overstepped its authority. Like Obama, its making up rules that are the equivalent of Congressional legislation. The Supreme Court stopped that. But this paper, like most other liberal papers, doesn’t care about democracy anymore. They want liberal policies, whether they come by hook or by crook. If our grandchildren end up living in an American dictatorship, this is one of the reasons why. Libs have given up any pretense of believing in democracy in the Age of Obama.

Are you kidding me???? Where I live, people are running through the streets in total panic. They're gripped by unbelievable terror, not knowing where to go, or what to do, not knowing what's going to happen to them. They're.....oh, wait a minute.....no they're not.

The Sacramento Bee and the City of Sacramento are a malignant tumor in the otherwise generally conservative Central Valley of California. This is a clear example of why “progressives” (as in, cancer is a “progressive” disease) is an appropriate description for the Left.

There is enough grief and woe in this world to go around, without adding even more adversity with this hoax about “climate change”. Climate change is real, it is going on right now, but to attribute it to anthropogenic sources, is just about the height of conceit. Mankind does not have, and perhaps may not ever have, the capability to affect more than a very small part of the immediate environment, which quickly reverts when the human factor stops making its input.

Forests grow, and in doing so, sequester a great deal of carbon dioxide. But carbon dioxide, which makes up some 280 parts per MILLION of the atmosphere, is not the engine that drives global warming OR cooling. Water vapor has from thirty to a hundred times the effect of carbon dioxide, a little fact that seems to elude the major alarmists who are running about with their hair on fire.

Yes, change happens.
It’s always been happening.
But the real question is “How can we make money off it?”

Climate Change: The Trojan horse that allows the government to centrally plan the economy and trample private property rights in order to “save” the environment.
