While I absolutely abhor the idea of women being drafted into the military to serve in the infantry, combat engineers, etc., I have to agree. The time for political maneuvering has (or should) come to an end; “This is the world you’ve created - now live in it!”
In my opinion, the only way to put an end to this idiocy is to have America’s parents, grandparents, brothers and sisters screaming at the top of their lungs when they register the young women in their families for Selective Service. Then it becomes real for everyone.
Exactly what I was thinking.
