The founding fathers provided a mechanism in the Constitution to remove bad judges of which there have been hundreds in the history of the country.
Despite all the bad judges in our history, only fifteen federal judges have been impeached. Of those fifteen: eight were convicted by the Senate, four were acquitted by the Senate, and three resigned before an outcome at trial.Feb 21, 2015.
So, Congress is to blame for the bad judges because like in so many other ways they don’t do their job. It’s just go along and get along and make deposits into one of my bank accounts!
