It depends on the meaning of "Americans." If it means people who are merely present here, Obama's wholesale importation of outsiders is adulterating the term. If it means people with a history here and allegiance to the country, the answer is "few that are not feeble of mind."

Unfortunately, political foolishness is only loosely correlated with IQ--that's why somebody like Sanders or Hillary can be serious candidates for the Presidency.
