If you come to south Texas and look under enough rocks you will find that almost all small cities in the area that are run by over 90% of mexican heritage are completely corrupted.
Corruption is the major export of Mexico to the U.S..
Agreed, it seems like the absence of white people gives carte blanche to revert to their primitive, tribal, corrupt ways.
They do not share our culture.
They demean us with their presence.
