They should pull an Obama; ignore the court and release the remaining videos anyway.
Doesn’t even have to be outside the country. The injunction binds only the named parties to the suit and those “acting in concert” with them. If the video has already been uploaded to the internet, anyone but the named parties can freely distribute it.
That was the standard. However, in the post-Manning and Snowden world, governments are becoming increasingly aggressive about information they do not want to be shared.
For example, the “European Court of Justice” is now considering whether people should have to consider whether material is infringing copyright before posting a hyperlink to it.

Since 2014, the US has “virtual power of arrest” of UK citizens in the UK; so now the UK is pushing to have the same authority in the US.
And in past some judges who do not quite grasp what the Internet is, have tried to enjoin the Internet to take down information they do not approve of.
So, with so many fools around, it behooves someone with critical data to insure its protection out of the grasp of such brutes.
So he admits three times is this “praise-seeking” report that he
(1) tells the court WHAT HIS DECISION IS BEFORE the case is opened
(2) make decisions without know what the law actually says but rather, BASED ON WHAT HE FEELS IS RIGHT in each case
(3) make his decisions based on WHO the defendants are and WHO the accusers are in each case, NOT on what the law actually says.
EXACTLY.
That’s how a lefty “judge” operates.
This is why it is so important to elect a president who will pick constitutional judges.
San Francisco. Need I say more? Sodom by the Bay.
And very few care.
