PA is a prime example. Though PA is largely rural and Conservative it is ruled by corrupt Filthadelphia which is a prime destination for immigrants, illegals and "refugees".
soetoro only won 8 counties out of 60 some but they were the right ones.
That and the government unions.
It is up to us to populate, not political parties - and we aren’t populating enough. NJ has the same problem (with more populous urban areas outweighing rural areas), but the suburbs have sufficient population to elect fiscally conservative governors. Corey Booker’s win in the Senate was odd because I don’t think we’re close to electing a black Dem as governor; NJ is hardly represented well by senators who are black and Hispanic (though eventually we’ll merit a Hispanic and Asian by the numbers).
