In their imaginary world, it’s Cruz vs Rubio. In that scenario, I think Rubio prevails. They certainly do.

Rubio and Cruz will boh sell out the middle classs on trade and immigration and destroy the American dream. Sure they are both “conservatives” by Heritage et.al. because the defintion of conservative by all these groups is flawed by being pro-free trade and weak on immigration.
Trump is indeed a populist with a heart for the middle class and wisdom about the damage immigration and trade as supported by so called conservatives lack. Populist is what America needs.
Are these people pushing for a Rubio/Cruz ticket now? It seems like it. Trump is not going away as much as Stephen Hayes and his ilk would hope. They refuse to or don’t realize the enormous anger the electorate has for elected politicians of all stripes.
Cruz is the only candidate with sworn enemies: Islam, the GOP-e and the Left. They know he’s coming for them.
Let the man do his work. Give him the job of American Junkyard Dog. Unmalleable Ted’s opponents see every advance zero handed them going up in smoke.
what is curious to me is that most of the governors or former governors are either viewed as GOPe or supporting GOPe candidates.

Cruzand Rubio represent more of the same Washington MOO ..Mode of Operation. The corruption is unstoppable as long as any “member” of the Washington Establishment prevails. Establishment includes ALL current residents of Capitol Hill and there is not a gnat’s eyebrow of difference between them.For all the so called “conservative” label counts for I see no difference in any of the candidates excepting Trump. Trump is an EXAMPLE of the American Dream. He is the walking, talking, PROOF of what America used to offer Americans. He wants those same roads to greatness opened up again to Americans. The Washington cartels (there are more than one) want to tighten even more their control of the American people. Trump will set America Free of the crazies who are destroying our CULTURE and our Exceptionalism.
Cruz gets a score of 99-100% Conservative for ENABLING TPP when he could have voted NO and stopped TPA? He is a bold faced liar and we have seen his true colors in the recent display of dirty tricks he pulled on Dr. Carson.
Rubio is a fast talking two faced liar of the first degree. Tell Americans one thing in English, and tell the Hispanics the opposite in Spanish. Tell those of us who supported him and worked for his election in Florida one thing and no sooner arrive on Capitol Hill but turn an about face and support the gang of 8. Rubio is a lying mouth attached to a pretty face and anyone who thinks the Establishment is going away by calling Rubio a conservative is stark raving bananas.
If Americans want an America for their grandchildren that is NOT run by the United Nations and NEW WORLD ORDER, you had BETTER VOTE FOR TRUMP. You have NO OTHER choice.
