EXCLUSIVE - Afghan migrants who attacked pensioners in THAT shocking train video were denied asylum after arriving four years ago... but Germany says it's 'too dangerous' to send them home ___ A gang of migrants who attacked two pensioners on a Munich subway train are Afghans who have been living in Germany for four years even though their asylum applications have been rejected, MailOnline can reveal.
The men - aged 19, 20 and 23 - cannot be deported back to Afghanistan because it is deemed too dangerous. They may only be fined 200 euros for the attack.
Shocking footage of the assault this week showed the three men roughly seizing one elderly man by the arms, pinning him against the rail and shouting abuse at him.
A second elderly man can be seen grappling with one of the gang, before he is held up by the neck and threatened.
A Munich police spokesman told MailOnline it was 'a big problem' that so many migrants were able to stay in the country even after their asylum requests were rejected.

I thought this was going to be a feel good story. Of course it’s dangerous, that’s why they were offered asylum. If it wasn’t dangerous there would be no need for them to request it. Denying Asylum means only one thing: go back to the sh!thole that spawned you.
It’s “too dangerous” to send them home?
“Too dangerous” for whom?
Exactly. Send them all back.
Easy solution: cut off all of their welfare and let them self-deport. Better yet, make a deal with the Poles to re-activate the “services” available at Dachau and deport them there.
Stupid Germans.
No Dachau, but I think if they are legitimate refugees, then camps is where they belong until it is safe enough for them to go back. Too dangerous to try to assimilate them, obviously.
If these scumbags are in Germany then they have de-fact permission to stay. So the notion that they have been “denied asylum” is just some paperwork trivia. It is not, however, reality. The reality is that the German government permits these men to be be in Germany.
Dachau is near Munich. You may be thinking of Auschwitz near Krakow.
Hahahaha. They’ll just catch the next boat back after being deported.
And they know it.
“...cannot be deported back to Afghanistan because it is deemed too dangerous”
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Sometimes its so hard to keep those concentration camps in order...
