The gays gave him an “f” on gay rights, he’s pro second amendment, pro states rights...I have to ask, what are we doing supporting these jokers at the top of the field who are afraid to take a stance on the issues that may end America when we seem to have the real deal in Jim Gilmore?

Because in our “reality show” culture most people prefer phonies, liars, and carnival barkers. Perhaps they see those qualities in themselves.
Jim Gilmore’s spirit is of another age. A much more mature one.
You know that Gilmore is the real deal because of the lack of air time he gets. Everything about his program is reasonably solid. On the BOD of the NRA. Hated by Carl Rove. Wants illegals out. A lot more likable than Cruz and more likely to admit and reverse a mistake. As a former intelligence officer I'd sooner trust his judgment in a war. What's not to like?
He isn't flashy or glib, but comes across as decent and real. I have no idea why he gets no traction at all, but I'd put the media right at the top of a list of causes.
