No. First it's his businesses that owe, not him personally. As we've seen Trump has no qualms about using the BK laws when he needs to. Moreover you can bet Trump's lawyers made sure they can't change the terms of the loans. And of course it's all relevant to the value of his assets. Trump has a net worth of about 10 billion, after the loans are subtracted. He's not owned by anybody.
If the businesses are HIS, how can you say that the debts owed do not belong to Trump?
In any case, If he does get elected, he wlll have to dump his ownership somehow, won’t he?

Hoft missed this one....
That’s what incorporation is for. So your business liabilities are not personal.
As for if he is elected, he says he will turn the companies over to Eric, Donald Jr. and Ivanka.
You really don’t have a clue. No offense. Saying banks own Trump because he’s used banks to finance some of his projects is like saying the bank owns you because you have a mortgage on your house. If you’re financially solvent, and you’re able to make your mortgage payments, then the bank doesn’t own you. Trump’s finances are solid. He borrows money to finance some of his projects because it makes financial sense to do so. Banks lend him money, just like they would with you and me, because they stand to make a profit doing so. Trump’s net worth is in the billions and he could easily pay off his loans any time if he chose to. Trump owes nothing to the banks except the interest on his loans. That’s all. It’s that simple.
More blah blah from still more Trumpeters.
‘The banks own Trump because, uh, ... because I say they do.’
Gotcha.
Well, that is typical of the subpar Trumpeter crowd - putting words in orther people’s mouths ... thanks your a real sweet heart.
I know this is likely a hard concept for you to grasp but business loans secured by valuable real estate is what big banks do. If they can’t loan money they go out of business. It has zero to do with politics or taking campaign donations from big donors.
Thanks for playing though. :-)

“No, Carter was asked if he HAD to choose only between Cruz or Trump, he would choose Trump. Hardly an endorsement.”
Carter picked Trump over Cruz because he said Trump would be “more malleable,” meaning more easily manipulated while Cruz was “a far right winger.”
