Dr said he won’t put her under anesthesia just for a lip snip (my term!). However, he said she has fluid in her ears and asked if there is a history of ear infection. There is. So, she goes back in two months. If the fluid is still there, he is going to put tubes in her ears. He will also do the lip-snip. He said she’s probably not talking because her hearing is impaired from the fluid in her ears.
Good grief! What next??

Oh wow—she has been thru a lot! Sorry to learn she might need tubes, but two of mine had then (when little) and they helped w/general health greatly. It’s just one more “thing” she has to go thru.
Up thread i read your discussion about prophecy and the end times. Sneakers, did you read anything about the Pope saying “we all pray to one G-d” ?? (In the context of a Kumbaya moment w/Muslims) I’m no longer on FB, but PaDad showed it to me on the weekend and he (a convert to Catholicism) read a post about they and was very upset. It made me think immediately, about the prophecy of the “last Pope” being an “anti-Pope” in the end times. Anyways, the whole thing reinforced my ongoing thoughts that up is now down; and everything “is” what the loudest voice says it is.
No wonder why I get jazzed watching a Lizard people episode of the XFiles.
