Sorry, I'm confused.

The result: 16.1% clinton 84% sanders. If the caucus had been at the correct time, I'm confident it would have been a no-contest sanders victory

They were there and ready to roll and it was 100% Bernie supporters.

The guy running it delayed so that Clinton folks could get there - late. They may have been working the phones as well or busing them in.

By the time they start an hour later it turns out 16% there are for Clinton.

So that’s a number of votes Clinton would not have received BUT FOR the delay.

Similar to the polls in big cities that stay open after others are closed (”These 3,000 extra people were in line! Let them vote!”)

A U.S. Senate seat was stolen in New Orleans via this tactic.
