I don’t like the line either. Got tired of hearing it from people using it to justify Clinton’s loathesome behavior. It’s the kind of response that leads to the whole “defining deviancy down” trendline that has led our culture to become such a depraved sewer.
I’d prefer a Restrainer-in-Chief, because there has been a Fall and THAT’S why God instituted ALL earthly authority—the good, the bad and da ugly. All rulers will answer to God, but most of them do serve this basic function else “society” cannot exist (utopian fantasies are just that).
I agree
I have fat fingers. Still tells me nothing about him. All sorts of folks have opinions
That’s nothing compared to what tomorrow morning will be like if Cruz loses.
Could you please find us another candidate who is as patriotic, as feet on the ground, manly and protective of the American people?
The man is a bilder who has made it big. Those guys talk tough and work hard. Insults are part of the banter.
You elitests do not know that type and misunderstand it. But millions of American workers who have lost their jobs to the elitest overlords do understand it and do respond.
Wimps and the effete have run this country into the ground with PC governance.
I admire manners and think we should use them liberally to grease the wheels of civilization, but there is a time to fight, with words and acts. If ever there were a time to do so it is now in the United States. Of course the Donald overdoes it,but perhaps it is the antidote we need.
Churchill and Grover Cleveland evidently had a history of insulting and gruff talk.
Think we have to over look the style and think of the needs of the people for a change, not the needs of the governing and their donor rich.
Trump, in his mid-50s, supported gays in the military AND partial birth abortion.
All of the anti-Trump Salem Communications outlets, including Townhall, likely have their shorts twisted in tighter knots, today, over Trump’s lead in most Iowa polls.
No telling how much they’ve invested in cranking out these non-stop Trump hit pieces, on all of their sites. It’s got to be a frustrating time, for them.
We’ll put them on a serious health check watch ;-)
I will not vote for Trump in our primary on March 1, which is my right, but I will vote for him in the general election if he is the nominee.
My question to you is: Will you vote for the nominee in the general election if it is someone other than Donald Trump?

Trump has lead a life in the spotlight. Obama lead a life in the shadows.
It sure is.
Builder not bilder. Spelllllllcheck.
Heck yeah. I would happily vote for any of the GOP candidates in the general over Hilldawg.
That’s close to my take on it as well. If there was a truly decent, moral candidate who was a genuine champion for preserving traditions and standing for values, this current American electorate would respond as though they themselves were vampires at the first sight of breaking sunlight.
Sorry! Angle not angel.
It happens, everyone makes typos once in a while
How about we change it to 'But We're Not Electing a Television-Evangelist-in-Chief'?
I will vote for Cruz if he is the nominee without hesitation.
I won’t vote for Rubio or anybody else.
