Votes s/b counted by hand. That s/b in the new Constitution.
We will know and see the results very quickly Monday night. If people see results being reported for their precinct different than what they experienced at their caucus, they will surely complain loudly. We let several people supporting different candidates observe the vote counting so there generally is no dispute at the precinct level. The Republican Party of Iowa is collecting all of the Form E’s, ballot counts, on Tuesday and will do an audit then.
