Nothing persuades trumpbots. All they care about is populism. They continue to throw feces at Cruz for being a constitutional conservative.

Well, I just perused the FR Caucus and it looks to be about 25% of the vote go to Cruz. Well there are smattering of votes for some of the also rans, so I will venture that the data will be about 3 to 1 Trump!

Ted’s probably too young to remember Reagan and Tip O’Neil.

Perhaps he wasn’t back in the states from Canada yet.

Poor Ted. He just doesn’t get it.

Even when it’s the opposition, you have to have a line of communication going.

Reagan had it with O’Neil, and Trump will have it with the top Democrats.

Who knew?

This is so juvenile.

Say Ted. How did that deal you worked out, fair?

Did threatening the residents of Iowa sound like a good deal?

Republicans have the majority in both houses of Congress. Sounds like the negotiating has to be with the GOP. THEY’RE the ones who have made it all happen for Obama (Obamacare, two new trillion dollars in debt, won’t build the wall though it’s funded, they fund muzzies pouring in as rapefugees, etc.) Because it’s the GOP that is not doing what’s needed, what they SAID they’d do. THEY are the problem. If this bunch can’t get it done, fire them all and take new applications. That’s how it works in the real world.

Wow! Demolishes Trump with his own words. It’s hard to see how any clear thinking Republican could support Trump after seeing this video.

It just seems like many Trump supporters have a myopic focus on isolationism. Unless they can find a candidate who says even nastier things about foreigners and makes them even bigger scapegoats for all our problems, they’re not going to switch.

Another person condescending on behalf of Ted.

Sure glad he’s getting the Evangelical vote.

Scratch a rabid Trump groupie and you'll find a closet liberal.

My biggest problem with Trump is his wild inconsistency. He has switched parties and allegiances and positions far too often. He has switched wives almost as much. He claims to be a Bible believing Christian and yet he committed adultery many times.

He has a lot to explain. He can't, or won't. His flunkies dare not ask, lest the illusion of a guaranteed November win be shattered. Being deluded into a cult is dispiriting.

If you watch it, you see that Teddy gets in a couple of swipes at Marco using scenes for Chuck Schumer’s appearance on the Apprentice.

You’re wrong. Mark Levin was in the Reagan admin. and explained how Reagan had no relationship with Tip O’Neill. He had to communicate with other elements of Congress who were more reasonable.

We also know Reagan cut some bad deals of his own, e.g. immigration. We need to learn from all the past mistakes.

Trump is up front about the nature of his political and business relationships — infinitely more than you’ll get from any politician including Cruz.

Yeah, I noticed they took a little detour into the Rubio/Schumer Gang of Amnesty bill. Nice bonus!
