Only in a 'Through the Looking Glass' world can she remain unarrested, let alone still run for president. I've been reading about the Walker family spy ring discovered in the 1980's and the FBI didn't initially arrest Jerry Whitworth because they wanted to build a solid case first. Probably the same thing for Mrs. Clinton. It's not like she's going to get away somewhere.
Also, if/when she's indicted most of the people planning to vote for her would still do so.

If Cruz was being investigated by the FBI for espionage... would the press sit on their hands because Rubio (in a debate setting) said "Americans Are Sick Of Hearing About Cruz's 'Damn Emails'
The press would NOT take their marching orders from Rubio...
