I think she could. Impeachment could remedy that, but good luck getting 2/3 of the Senate to remove her from office.
I doubt she’ll win the Presidency though ... she isn’t going to get people to the polls the way Obama did.

There needs to be an organized movement NOW, that if this woman is the Democrat nominee, the citizens of this country will NOT recognize her Presidency. It is all but certain that she is a felon and belongs in prison, not the White House.

With all that has come out over the last few days, I do not understand how any freeper still could believe there will be NO bad consequences for HRC. I also think the Obama-can’t-touch-HRC-because-she-has-the-goods-on-him argument is unpersuasive. Obama is the first black President and NOBODY on the Dem side — and almost nobody on the Republican side, either — wants anything to do with tarnishing his image. Race is the real third rail in American politics and culture. If HRC starts blabbing or leaking unflattering things about the Obamas, the media and the Dems will turn on her with ferocity. She has no real leverage over Obama.
