It would be really incredible for the Cruz people attacking Trump on immigration from the RIGHT to go to Rubio. Rubio the gang of 8 loser that cut a deal with Shumer and still supports legalization and a pathway to citizenship!

I’m sure they’ll find some way to justify their vote for Rubio. It’ll just be amazing to see.

“Wow. Interesting.”

That is what I am thinking. Ted must be looking in his rear view mirror and sees Marco gaining on him. Otherwise I do not see him spending his resources on Marco.

No, Cruz takes votes from Rubio, Bush, Kasich, Christie, Fiorina, Huckster, Paul, etc. to beat Trump.

That makes sense. Thanks.

Yep, and that fat azzed lying preacher Huckleberry has started a campaign against Cruz, saying he is not Christian!!!! He has been bought and paid for the only question is by whom? Republican-E or Trump?

Cruz will not survive the circular firing squad between his other campaigning fellow republicans, trumpy, establishment and news media. If they care about the future of their country for their children and grand children all the republicans need to go after trump, take out the greatest threat first and then have the slugfest for the winner.

Trump hurt himself by his no-show.

Wishing thinking bologna until a poll backs such an assertion up.

Rubio is still dangerous. The establishment sees an opening with Trump and Cruz beating each other up. I still can’t see Rubio mounting much if any of a challenge of winning in the first three states. Hopefully after that, Trump will be on cruise control.

I think Cruz is finding out the abortion ads from 1999 are stupid. They are just pissing off Trump supporters and motivating them to vote against Cruz for the attacks. Cruz’s favor-ability ratings are going in the toilet after he starting attacking Trump. Nobody I repeat nobody that has abortion as their #1 issue is supporting Donald Trump. The evangelicals supporting Trump don’t have abortion as their #1 issue. They are more concerned with muslims, the wall, ISIS, and the economy. NOT SOCIAL ISSUES. There is lots of diversity in the EVANGELICAL community.

As Ann Coulter says, if we don’t stop illegal immigration, nothing else matters. We won’t have a country anymore.

Your postulation definitely has merit. I think the poor showing in last night’s debate coupled with the positive message coming out of Trump’s rally last night may have torpedoed Ted in Iowa.

Its my understanding that many of the local stations in Iowa aired the Veterans rally last night so it may be that more Iowans saw Trump’s rally than the debate. Not good for Ted.

Did you wake up on the wrong side of the bed this morning.
Angry at the world?
Things not quite like you wanted?

Hang in there a little while longer.
The pain will be over soon(like Tuesday morning)

Let’s see how Trump’s caucus results compare to how he was polling prior to pulling out of the debate. My guess is that his numbers will be down. I don’t think registered Republican Iowa caucus-goers will appreciate his stunt.

Not a good night to have a bad debate, especially with all the local
stations.
It’s over for Cruz.

I am upset with Rubio. But if it becomes a two man race I would support him over Trump. I think Trump is a liar and a scoundrel.

Republican Iowa caucus-goers will appreciate his standing up and saying NO to a media bully (FAUX NEWZZZZZ) who issued a vile, unprofessional Press Release attack on him.

“Cruz is obviously going after an adult who was at the debate. He has no need to go the playground and exchange insults with arrogant children.”

And yet another Democrat troll hurls yet another insult worthy of the moonbats at Democrat Undergound, trying to stir animosity amongst good FReepers everywhere.

You have to think about it as a businessman. Trump took a calculated risk. Everyone knows if he showed up to the debate FOX would attention another political assassination like the first debate. The media would manufacture some gaffe and then you’d have a whole 3 day news cycle of Trump is imploding.

Now, basically the news cycle is Trump won the debate by not being there and Cruz got a bruising. He also got every other media network mocking FOX News and their press release and saying Trump got the upper hand over Ailes. Trump plays checkers while others play chess.

“If this ever does become a Trump/Rubio two-man race, I’ll have to get behind Rubio as the lesser of two evils”

Of course you’ll go for Rubio. You’re a Democrat troll.

It’s starting to look like Trump v. Rubio just like it was Romney v. Santorum with Cruz playing the role of Newt getting shut out.
