Some social conservative folks I’ve run into seem to be a bit nervous when the name Trump comes up because they recognize a similarity in the historical situation Germany was in circa 1933, with a significant portion of the angry population being out of work, looking for somebody to blame - and America today.

OTOH - it seems to me the consequences of POTUS Bernie with Chief Justice Obama are pretty self-evident, and unacceptable.

What sort of facts would you suggest that can be used to illustrate the differences that exist between Der historical and contemporary situation?

For starters, I can’t see someone like John Wayne Walding as a goose stepping Nazi - and I don’t believe his fellow Veterans would fall in line with someone like Adolf Hitler.

“Say thank you by living well”, with God at the top of the prioritization framework — That’s the moral framework John Wayne Walding is operating in.

The veterans that might be produced once the Rainbow Demoralizing transformation of what’s left of the military is complete, OTOH... I’m not so sure the antics of the LOG Cabin “law of the land” folks can be described as “living well”.
