No way is Trump going to that debate. I like Huckabee maybe Trump will appoint him to something. He could even be VP.

OMG! Bret Baker had Megyn and Wallace on. She’s toned down the hooker look with a dark pantsuit but her makeup has been put on with a trowell. And big thick fake eyelashes. She looks like a gheisha.

CNN is showing long lines forming outside the event. Is this the first time they’ve covered Trump’s crowds? Priceless.

Gloria Borger just piped up and said “and they say we don’t show the crowds” ! Another successful Trumpism to deal with.

That is so great. The only problem is that they just said that the actual auditorium can only hold 700 people and they have thousands waiting already and it is still 2 hours away. Yikes. They do have extra areas for people to watch it on the big screen but I think some might be disappointed. I guess those that arrived at 9 o’clock this morning are happy they did so.

Everyone has called Trump a “showman”, well, let the show go on! It’s amazing what can be done when you’re in charge of the money instead of having to beg a committee of self-proclaimed experts. THis was put together in 2 days!

And tell me those people standing outside freezing their butts off just to be at a Trump event aren’t going to turn up on Monday night to caucus for him. I don’t care how good Cruz’s “ground game” is/was, this is what motivated people look like.

Oh you are so right. My ONLY concern are the ones turned away. I wish Trump could quickly find a bigger arena. Right now 700 can get in out of thousands waiting. Overflow rooms will be used for large screen TV’s, but not sure how many will be able to get in those.

Going to be a great night for Trump and America.

I took a look at the link you put up...WOW!

From the link:

Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America founder Paul Rieckhoff tweeted Wednesday that he would decline any contributions that came from the event, which Trump has proposed in place of his attending Fox News’ debate this week.

“If offered, @IAVA will decline donations from Trump’s event. We need strong policies from candidates, not to be used for political stunts,” he said.

And This:

Two other veterans’ groups also distanced themselves from Trump’s announcement.

The Wounded Warrior Project said it was not aware of the candidate conducting any fundraising efforts on its behalf.

Meanwhile, VoteVets.org, which calls itself the nation’s largest progressive veterans group, issued a statement titled: “Don’t hide from Megyn Kelly behind us.”

I have one thing to say to these so called charities...

It’s not about YOU. WTH are you doing with moneies that should be going to injured soldiers? What genuine charity actually has sufficient funds that they can afford to turn away funds from anybody?

I may never be rich, and I may never have enough to make much difference, but when I do have a little, YOU guys will NOT be on my list for assistance.

I’ll bet the VFW wouldn’t turn that money away. They take it and make even MORE in addition to direct assistance.

What a disgusting bunch of excuses operating so-called help for vets. No wonder they languish.

Yea, that’s probably it. Us pre-Trump Freepers would of course have never given a second thought to a Republican hooking up with Sergeant Sholtz for an event.

I just can’t wait for Trump to share a stage with Pelosi.

Someone mentioned Gary Sinese today. That would suit me fine.

I'm sure that many organizations have future plans that can be quickly met with these additional funds. Trumps researchers are busy, busy. Bet on it!!
