You could be correct, except there’s this. He does not run all giving through his Foundation. Neither do I.

McGowan says the property downtown was gifted to the veterans by the Koch administration but they had no money. Trump committed $1M in a matching fund and they “couldn’t have built it without him.â€

AND he did all those things BEFORE he was a candidate. I am sure there are those who will say TRUMP is only doing this because he’s pandering for votes (which they will say after he wins) but (as usual) they will be wrong.
