Maybe Cruz can win the nomination then lose to Hillary. Hillary will put Obama on the supreme court. And then the court can declare Cruz eligible for next time.

go into court, seek a declaratory judgment to find out if you're even legally eligible to run for president of the United States. Certainly Trump's consigliere knows that Cruz can't do that, doesn't he?

Trump and his supporters have argued that Cruz...was born in Canada to a U.S. citizen... So says the journalist. Trump's attorneys will no doubt argue Cruz was born in Canada to a non-American parent.

I don’t know how Cruz can resolve this, especially considering that even the department of justice less than 30 years ago was publishing that if you wanted to be president, “you must be born in the United States.”
