Being mugged by "moderators" is not a debate.
A debate is where a question is asked that all the candidates respond to.
You don't want a debate. You want the candidates you don't like to be tied down and waterboarded.
Kelly asked tough questions of every single candidate going against everyone of their biggest vulnerabilities (Bush on Common Core, etc.). Trump is the one who wants unfair, kid-glove treatment.
