That MOE (margin of error) number takes care of sample size, if you have studied statistics. As the sample size increases, MOE reduces. But to keep cost of polls reasonable they do not poll one million people each time, to drop MOE to near zero.

(I am voting for GOP nominee, to avoid 1/2 vote for Hillary. But Jeb & Kasich put me in a conundrum!)
