This has been true at least back into the 70s. You didn’t know that did you.
So now you try to take Trump to task on something you don’t know anything about. Trump can’t make sure everyone is covered, because they already are.

Not exactly.
Medicare/Medicaid doesn’t cover all the costs, rather they cover a fraction.
They force healthcare providers to make up the difference by raising the prices on everyone else
If this becomes difficult or impossible, they refuse to take medicare/medicaid patients.
It’s an abomination, and doesn’t work, and actually does need to be “fixed”

If that were true then why the need for Obamacare and how come 46 million Americans didn’t have health insurance as we’ve been told ad nauseum?
