Following a weekend of campaigning in New Hampshire, Republican presidential candidate Jeb Bush plans to return to his former hometown of Houston Tuesday for a fundraiser.
A spokesman declined to release details about the event, but it was advertised as a breakfast reception with a steep price of admission: $2,700 per person.
-snip-
It's unclear if any members of the famous Texas political family will attend Tuesday's fundraiser. His parents both live in Houston.

The fact that Jeb is still in this race should lay to rest any notion that the GOPe is backing Trump.
Jeb is still there because they still intend to make him the nominee one way or the other.
This guy is a waste of time and money.
Anyone who pays $2700 to listen to Jeb Bush must have money to burn.
If you want to make a fortune, get a list of the gullible, rich donors who attended this fundraiser, and who still think Jeb! can win — and then offer to sell them the Brooklyn Bridge.
Just think what donations of $2,700 per person x the number attending the fundraiser, could do to help some legitimate charity .... or maybe help out some Vet, who has given up a normal life due to wounds while serving this country. Blowing this sort of money (including the overall $58 mill) on an entitled idiot who thinks he should be president & is polling 1-3%, makes me sick.
Yes, The Cheap Labor Express still expects the RNC/GOP to deliver the amnesty candidate they have paid for.
Yeb! or Rubio, they don’t care which.
Yeb! is looking like more and more of a stretch, Rubio still has support among FReepers, unbelievably.
Well, hey, that’s one way to get that tax dollar stealing thief Geo. P. back into Texas. Though it’s not getting him back behind his desk to do the work he was elected to do. Or maybe he had his daddy come to Houston to steal from the San Jacinto museum.
