Trump supporters are concerned with building a wall, closing the borders, bringing back jobs to America,deporting illegal aliens, balancing the budget, cutting out theft and waste, and getting America out of destructive Trade deals which profit all except America. That is a pretty loaded platter and Trump is saying all of these things. He is ALSO strongly in favor of strengthening our military which is in the saddest shape since before WW II thanks to the present administration.
I am not concerned with “social issues” other than eliminating P.C. I doubt Trump is either.

When has Trump talked about balancing the budget?
Cutting out waste and abuse is something every single politician talks about doing. Easy to say, difficult to do. But if it can be done, any Republican is going to do it.
If you’re not concerned with stopping abortion, stopping same-sex marriage, protecting religious liberty and restoring school prayer then you’re definitely not my kind of conservative. And no matter what Trump says, I’ll go with the candidate who I’m SURE agrees with me on that. Without restoring traditional religion and morality, the whole country and the economy will continue going to hell. All modern countries are collapsing because of low birth rates. That creates a huge demand for immigrants to come in from both business and the government because an aging population not replacing itself with younger people is a recipe for economic disaster. There isn’t enough labor and there isn’t enough of a tax-base to fund entitlements. And that is why Trump quickly added on that he will expedite the return of the “good” illegals.
As far as trade deals, that’s a joke of an issue. Trump’s been railing on about it since the ‘80s like a broken record. Trading with other countries has been going on since we first had the ability to travel and it is a wonderfully beneficial thing for our country. We have an absolute abundance of affordable food and consumer goods in this country. That is what trade gives us.

It didn’t matter what Trump said, Cruz supporters would whine no matter what. They are blinded by hatred of someone that is beating their perfect one. And blinded to the many faults of that one.
