A grand jury that extensively reviewed undercover videos of Planned Parenthood decided not to press charges against the group, and will instead take action against the creators of the videos.
Jurors in Houston announced Monday they are indicting a pair of anti-abortion-rights activists, David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt, for their role in creating a series of now-viral videos attacking Planned Parenthood, according to multiple local reports.
Daleiden, who has taken credit for the videos, claimed that his footage showed Planned Parenthood officials haggling over the price of aborted organs as part of the organization's fetal tissue donation program in some states.
Jurors said they did not find evidence of illegal activity on the part of Planned Parenthood.
Instead, Daleiden was indicted for the "purchase and sale of human organs" — a charge that appears to stem from Daleiden's undercover attempts to purchase fetal tissue from Planned Parenthood as he sought to record the encounter for his sting videos.

This is going to back fire on the prosecutor. it is obvious that this was a undercover investigation and the criminal was the person they were talking to about the purchase of dead fetuses. at no time was a deal struck and payment arranged. all they did was make the claim to a planed parenthood reprehensive that they were looking to buy baby body parts.
If people are allowed to make a citizens arrest, why doesn’t the creator just say he was investigating based on suspicions of planned parenthood and selling fetal parts. After the cops do the same type of investigations to bust drug dealers and those who are soliciting prostitution. How is this any different? Any legal folks out there?????

This is why I refuse to get worked up over Trump. If he is elected president and he is really a democrat in disguise . . . it is God’s judgment over this wicked country that has allowed it.

A politically motivated district attorney can get a grand jury to indict anyone for anything. Just as Tom Delay and Rick Perry.

Do not challenge the progressive sacrament of abortion. And especially do not try to interfere with the flow of a half-a-billion dollars a year in taxpayer money.
