To: Blue Collar Christian

I agree, after 5 decades of riding. However, the bikers were breaking the law and they were very blatant about it. I just wasn’t foolish enough to ride in Houston back then, especially during rush hours.

If it’s against the law you pays your money and you takes your chances, but these guys with their outrageous stunts and violence have got to go. In Phoenix it’s so hot that I can’t believe guys would ride bikes there where they have to sit in traffic, especially with an air cooled bike. It’s just not worth it. Here in Flagstaff, it doesn’t get hot, and it’s a much smaller city, so no problem.

I’ve been out of LA for 10 years now, but when I was there the drivers were accommodating to us bikers. Of course there were the guys who were blowing by the cars way too fast and that was scarey, but for the most part it made getting around LA on a bike a good thing.
