As an individual, if you are under investigation or a suspect, of couse it’s a necessity to say as little as possible. You’re certainly under no obligation to incrinimate yourself.
The police are there to enforce the law. The way they enforce the law is regulated by the department policy and procedure which is influenced by court decisions as well as local, state and federal policies and initiatives.
Unfortunately, as with many institutions today, the police are persuaded and pressured to act in ways that usurp individual rights. Many state government and local munipalities have an overall pernicious influence on law enforcement and this is manifested in bad policing. Most certainly, the Federal government universally has an insidious influence on local police departments when they provide the means by indoctrinating, training and equipping police departments to act and function as an occupying military force.
The idea of the totalitarians is to create a conflict between the police and the public which will require a Federal government or global government solution.
The police and the public MUST realize that they are not mutual enemies. Instead, we all need to stand up to the Feds and those supporting globalist and totalitarian aims and solutions.
