Cruz teaming up with Glenn Beck after Trump got Sarah Palin’s endorsement was a very bad sign. The reaction of hard corps Cruz supporters and their attacks on Sarah Palin after many had previously advocating that she be his VP was also a bad sign. It is amazing to me that so many could instantly turn on her in such a brutal way simply because she chose to support someone other than their candidate. These followers have been a terrible reflection on Cruz despite his having a classy response. It is the reaction of a bunch of losers and I think that they are largely responsible for mortally wounding Cruz’s campaign. A lot of people think that the fruit doesn’t fall far from the tree.
Cruz rose a little in the polls and was leading in Iowa briefly. Some here took that as Cruz could win the nomination and the presidency. The media hyped it to add excitement. Carson fans thought the same thing when he was briefly leading. They both took a tumble.
