Five people have died in a school shooting in the northern Saskatchewan community of La Loche, says Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
A suspect is in custody, he added.
This is a breaking news update. Earlier story below.
A student in La Loche said there were multiple shootings at the community school this afternoon and a nurse at the local health centre confirmed to CBC News there are patients suffering from gunshot wounds.
