Ever notice how American institutions of all kinds have become less and less competent since the advent of Affirmative Action, racial quotas, minority set-asides and all the other Politically Correct clap-trap the democrats (with the help of RINOs) have given us?
It’s like they read ‘Atlas Shrugged’ and used it as a guide instead of a warning...
That’s probably why they don’t answer the phone or reply to e-mail like they should. They think it comes too close to their “comfort zone” and that their privacy at work is more important than the task at hand.
