Reparations is the just the Left grifting.
Since they couldn’t give money directly to individuals (too many mixed marriages) they would give to historically black institutions.
Basically free money for black colleges, NAACP, Urban League, etc.
You’re right - and the reparations paid to date haven’t done anything to lift most blacks out of misery. Ferguson and Baltimore were major embarrassments for Obama because he was elected (at least in their minds) to fix this, and he instead focused on the white liberal agenda.
