Unfortunately, this all moves into the Justice Department upon the finale. Timing will be everything, if the FBI can drag their feet long enough that Loretta can not nix it, fix it, or file it and forget it.

The FBI could at some point begin to leak like a sieve, enough to take Hillary out of the race, before losing their product to Loretta and the lower caverns of the Justice Department.

That worries me too. Joe Biden's "I'm not going to run" speech sounded more like an acceptance speech. I wonder if they are planning to run the "elder statesman" in her place.
