As radical leftist NGOs continue to garner attention for their politicized impact on public discourse, Jerusalem-based research institute NGO Monitor this week released a database revealing just where they get their massive funds from. [...]
A staggering total of over 261 million shekels ($66 million) was received by the 27 NGOs in the course of the two years, and of that amount 65% - consisting of nearly 170 million shekels - came from foreign governments. Another 34%, nearly 89 million shekels, was raked in from private donors and foundations, while the last 1%, over two-and-a-half million shekels, came from unclear sources.
A full 20 NGOs out of the total 27 investigated received over half of their funding from foreign governments. [...]

A vibrant public free speech forum is a wonderful goal. But Funds sent in for seditious or treasonous or dangerous purposes need to be confiscated and those responsible jailed or executed. It’s pretty clear normally how to distinguish, at least in a lot of cases. And History ( including that of Israel itself, for goodness’ sakes!) proves this reality over and over again. Every nation has this basic defense responsibility - including America. We in USA exercised it during ww2 and during the Cold War ( but alas not now when it’s so greatly needed to defend ourselves against the current islamonazi invasion) Jerusalem needs to shut off the enemy agent and sedition funding ASAP. Little countries need to defend themselves at least as much as big nations do. Learn from history or be defeated by it
Including “humanitarian” funds used to build up the enemy’s presence in your country Whether supposedly for weapons, political activism, housing, schools, or health purposes. Those funds — if actually used for nice things- should be sent to do those things for the Moslems where they belong in their own Moslem countries- and to return them to same. IMHO
