Just wondering. There are filing deadlines. How can someone get a nomination if Hillary withdraws. I mean delegates cast their vote for a person particular. What, someone else comes in at the eleventh hour and just scoops them up? There IS a process. Does it not matter? Oh, it’s okay, Biden can run in her place.
